sequins and leopard and latex

Last minute packing has made me not too eager for fashion shows and events, but Andreaa Tincu and some others were kind enough to invite me to some of their shows. So last night I ventured into the tent with my friend DC, after some catching up and much needed bean-bag chill session. Let’s start this post off with some outfit photos (at a much-too-high ISO, naturally -.-) and some violent hair wippin’.

the one where the wall seems to be eating me up

Miss selfridge white blazer | HM tank top | Skirt from Beijing | Misc bracelets and rings

(First off, sorry about that massive stink-eye look in the first photo. I’m not so aggressive in real life, I promise.) At the moment I have symmetrical band aids on both of my arms from my two lovely injections, which make it quite hard to flex even the most nonexistent muscle (I’m such a baby). I’m really into two new blogs/vlogs at the moment. Neither are typical fashion blogs: one is ThePersianbabe or Barbara on youtube, who is your everyday girl with the gorgeous british accent and a totally down-to-earth attitude. She vlogs about hauls, her life, ootd… very average, honest and funny. Next is Grace whose writings and rants about life are really bleak and truthfully sad, real and understandable. If you haven’t checked out their work yet, you really must. Both are eye-openers in today’s web of dominating fashion blogs (yours truly guilty).

My obsession with genie pants is quite ridiculous. But they’re comfy and make you look like a hippo from behind, so what more could you ask for, eh? Something else i’m obsessed with right now that’s more normal: THIS. (my friend says my taste in music is like FM4 on a sunday morning. I cannot verify since i never listen to the radio.)
