Street wanderer

This was my outfit the day Anna and I went streetstyle stalking in the city. Skirt and cardigan from H&M, bag from Beijing and Doc Martens. Photos taken by Anna. How’s everyone’s spring break going? I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and awesome holiday. I’ve been hanging out with friends and working on content for my magazine. In fact, tomorrow I’m having a photoshoot with some really talented photographers. Can’t wait to see what they come up with :) Btw I’m so glad that all of you really liked the Vienna Street Style idea! I’m definitely going to keep that up. Thanks for all the encouragement :)

I Wanna Feel Weightless and That Should Be Enough

We are official this close to spring. I woke up today to birds chirping and the sun shining, had an elaborate breakfast and then wrote my chinese essay listening to the 500 Days of Summer soundtrack. Good start to the weekend? I think so! [photos from spring 2009]

I’ve scanned some pages from my artbook to show you; they’re all little experimental things. I’ve also been practicing my portrait techniques so that when I’m done with all my four essays for next week (yikes), I can continue on my blogger portrait series! See if you recognize some of the girls here:

Stripes x Pegasus

After a couple of long weeks, where I seemed to have oil paint everywhere, I’ve finally finished my painting! I’m really happy with how it is now. Her face is a little too avatar-blue, but I can live with that; I’ll just tell people it’s supposed to create a chilling effect haha!

On another note, I’ve decided to feature some stylish people I know here, since some of them have such inspiring styles that I can’t help but share. My first victim is Philipp here:

He’s planning on studying theatre and is easily the most stylish boy I know, so definitely expect more features on him in the future! Aren’t his shoes delicious? They’re from the JeremyScottxAdidas collection, which he got in New York. I think Pegasus would approve.

A typical school-outfit of mine i.e. I don’t go too over-the-top with accessorizing and handbags eeteecee. I haven’t worn a proper backpack in ages so I thought I’d take my monkey [bag] out for a walk. It’s so preschool – I love it.

Today was really great! Most probably because I was wearing my All Time Low concert tee :) Today I woke up pretty late, read Slaughterhouse 5 by Kurt Vonnegut and tried to decide what kind of hairstyle i should get, since I’m getting it cut next week. Any suggestions? Then in the afternoon I went to chinese school and met some friends who had just returned from exchanges in Dublin and the US.

It wasn’t that cold today, so I eased up on the layers. I’m wearing my ATL concert tee, jeggings, H&M blazer, Sisley jacket, my cashmere scarf and Doc Martens. And of course my favorite accessory, my skullcandies :)

BTW I just started using twitter again – follow me here!
