Starting September, I’ll be studying History of Art at the University of Edinburgh. If you’ve been following the blog throughout this tumultuous year for me, you’ll know that I didn’t make it into Oxford, that I went to my insurance university and that it wasn’t really the place for me. But I knew what I wanted – and what I didn’t want – from the get go, so I worked my ass off, reapplied, and now my Restart will officially happen in 28 days. Sometimes things happen for a reason, but someone recently told me that it’s also about how hard you work, and having a goal and aim and your priorities straight in life. So work/nerd it out until you get what you want! Always. Never settle.

Remember the mountain retreat I was on a couple weeks back? My sister and I took time from running after stealthy bunnies and hiking to hitchhike for unicorns.

We braved the fierce sun and killer heat last week and did a shoot on a swimming pool rooftop. The model Kira was sweet 16, a stunning girl who was perfect for the shoot. Raffaela also pulled some great pieces from the amazing designers Mark & Julia. Full results out in the August (PRINT!!!) issue of KNEON, but I’ll post up some previews and outtakes here soon 😉 hope you all have a good weekend!
